At Snip & Caboodle, every bag is lovingly handmade to order. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds:
Custom & Personalised Items
- Customised pieces ( including embroidered or personalised bags) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- This is because each custom piece is made especially for you.
Standard (Non-Customised) Items
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@snipandcaboodle.com with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
