Return Policy

At Snip & Caboodle, every bag is lovingly handmade to order. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds:

Custom & Personalised Items 

  • Customised pieces ( including embroidered or personalised bags) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • This is because each custom piece is made especially for you.

Standard (Non-Customised) Items

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@snipandcaboodle.com with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, each piece is unique. Pattern placement and small variations are part of the charm of handmade goods and not considered faults.
