UK Customers

We are a UK-based business.

Snip and Caboodle is not currently VAT registered, so all prices shown are final.

No additional sales tax will be added at checkout.
International Customers (outside the UK, excluding the US)

We ship worldwide (excluding the United States for now).

International customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees when their order arrives in their country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these costs, nor can we mark orders as “gift” or lower the value to avoid duties.
Processing & Delivery

Orders are handmade and usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks (unless otherwise stated on the product listing).

UK: 2–5 business days once shipped

Europe: 5–10 business days once shipped

Rest of World: 7–14 business days once shipped

Free Shipping Threshold

UK: Free tracked shipping on orders over £150.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@snipandcaboodle.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
